Bonjour! I'm Tristan Punelle and I've been on a culinary journey in Tasmania for the past 10 years. I fell in love with the incredible local produce here, and now, I'm excited to tell you about our new restaurant, Le Coq in Bicheno on the beautiful east coast of Tasmania. 

Tasmania is a food lover's paradise. The pure waters, fertile soils, and cool climate make it a treasure trove of fresh ingredients. I've been digging deep, connecting with local producers, and learning the stories behind these incredible foods.

Le Coq is all about showcasing the best of Tasmania while blending traditional French flavours with modern Australian influences. Our menu is all about the local, seasonal, and fresh. We're paying homage to the folks who work hard to bring these fantastic ingredients to your table.
